When you call Josh's Plumbing you will speak with a local person who cares. Our dispatchers live in the Prescott area and shop at the same Costco as you. They have had lunch at the courthouse square. We are a family owned and operated company and not a franchise. We do not use third party answering services. This means real people who will have a real conversation with you!

Our Story
At Josh’s Plumbing, our roots run as deep as the pipes we service. Founded in 2017 by Josh, a Prescott native with a passion for the trade, our company began with humble beginnings—just $500 in the bank and a trusty 1986 F250. After six years of honing his skills working for others, Josh took a leap of faith to build a plumbing business grounded in reliability, hard work, and fair pricing.
From the start, Josh’s commitment to showing up on time and getting the job done right earned the trust of our community. Word of mouth spread quickly, and soon, Josh’s Plumbing became a go-to name in Prescott. In 2017, Josh brought on his brother Isaac as an apprentice, adding family to the mix and laying the foundation for a tight-knit team. The next year, Josh’s brother-in-law Ryan joined as an apprentice and quickly proved himself indispensable, bringing energy and skill that helped the business thrive.
By 2018–2019, our workload had grown so much that both Ryan and Isaac stepped up to drive their own trucks as full technicians, tackling jobs with the same dedication Josh instilled from day one. In 2019, another brother, Benjamin, joined the crew, further strengthening our family-driven mission.
When COVID hit, it tested our resolve. Growth stalled, but thanks to the loyalty of our customers, we weathered the storm. In 2021, Josh’s mother, Marnie, came on board to handle dispatch and bookkeeping, bringing her organizational magic to keep us running smoothly. By 2022, Benjamin was ready to take on his own truck as a full technician—a bittersweet moment for Josh, who cherished their time working side by side, but a proud milestone for the company.
In 2023, as demand picked up again, we welcomed Judah as an apprentice. His talent shone through, and by 2024, he was driving his own truck as a full technician, stepping in after Isaac left to chase his own big dreams. The next year, we celebrated a major milestone: Ryan, whose skill and loyalty had been a cornerstone of our success, became a partner in the business in 2025.
Today, Josh’s Plumbing is more than a company—it’s a family, built on trust, grit, and a commitment to serving Prescott with integrity. From that first $500 to a fleet of trucks and a team of skilled technicians, we’re proud to keep your pipes flowing and our community strong. Thank you for being part of our story.
